Most Games using windows live require an account. I saved this info from a comment.
There are lot of users asking the same question " How to Save the Game?" ok here it is guys...I just created a detailed instructions for you
" How to Create an Offline Windows Live Account in order to SAVE your game "
Just follow the instructions carefully so that you can now save your game. . .
NOTE: -This will work to all Microsoft Windows Live Games. . . just remember the instructions written below. . .
- once you already created a local offline account, it will automatically signing you in. . . there's no need to create a local profile again once a new game releases by Microsoft.

01. Open the game
02. Upon entering the game PRESS " HOME" or click the " LIVE " logo
03. There will be microsoft xlive box appear and CHOOSE " CREATE NEW PROFILE "
04. After clicking the create new profile another read me or licensed agreement will appear just " SCROLL DOWN "
05. And click " CREATE A LOCAL PROFILE "
06. Just type anything you want for your "player name" then click " SUBMIT "
- (optional) If you want customize your profile its up you. . .
07. Then click " DONE "
08. Thats it! and now it loads and sign in as your local offline profile . . .
09. You can save your game now. . .
10. Enjoy and have fun. . .
